We teach the skills necessary to run successful Agile projects including cross-team collaboration, leadership, communication, prioritization and planning. goAgile, based in Roskilde, Denmark, offers mentoring and training to companies who want to change to Agile and Iterative development processes.

Ole Jepsen

Ole is a highly esteemed Agile facilitator and mentor for organizations looking to lead change. Using his expertise in Agile methodologies, Ole shows how gaining varying perspectives and sharing experiences brings about the best ideas that can be used throughout the organisation

Ole is a founder of the Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN), having started the “Learning and Recognition” Committee—working on defining and implementing a three-level certification program for great Agile Project Leaders. Ole is the founder and leader of the Danish Agile User Group – and he is active in the international agile community, speaking at conferences and consulting worldwide. Ole is also a Certified StrategicPlay® Facilitator with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™.

Kristian Haugaard

Active in the international Agile movement and a founder of the Agile Project Leadership Network in Denmark (apln.dk), Kristian is a DSDM Certified Level II Agile Project Leader and specializes in project mentoring and facilitation.

Kristian has worked heavily in media organizations as a project leader and mentor and has a broad educational background in IT project management and useability, communications and media science.

Jenni Jepsen

Jenni speaks and consults on how organizations can increase business value enterprise-wide using more effective communication. Her unique skill set aligns with Agile methodologies—providing ways to improve communication and collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Jenni is also a DSDM Level I Certified Agile Project Leader and a Certified StrategicPlay® Facilitator with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™.
